Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer anesthesia and sedation to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.
  • Monitor patient vitals and responses throughout perioperative periods.
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgical teams.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of anesthesia care provided.
  • Comply with all regulatory and safety standards relevant to anesthetic practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid and current CRNA certification and state licensure.
  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration across diverse clinical settings.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and patient assessment.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with advanced airway management techniques.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Certification in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS).
  • Experience in specialty areas such as obstetrics, pediatrics, or trauma anesthesia.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical setting.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to different clinical sites when needed.
  • Additional certifications or training relevant to specific anesthesia practices.
