We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required Skills:
* Valid and current CRNA certification and state licensure
* Proven experience in anesthesia administration across diverse surgical procedures
* Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety standards
* Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
* Effective communication skills for teamwork and patient interaction
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with robotic surgeries and vascular procedures
* Familiarity with pediatric anesthesia
* Prior experience in a Medically Supervised, Care Team model
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and anesthesia documentation systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Master's Degree or higher in Nurse AnesthesiaProgram
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA preferred
* Prior exposure to a variety of surgical specialties including ENT, general surgery, GI, OB, orthopedics, urology, and vascular procedures
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 5 days a week
* Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing education
* Travel or reimbursement benefits applicable as needed
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $212.67, along with excellent benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time per applicable laws, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses.
