• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm; 3:00pm - 5:00pm; 5:00pm - 7:00am (Call)
• Weekend Call: Saturday/Sunday 7:00am - 7:00am

• Level 2 Trauma Center
• 219 total beds
• 24 ICU beds
• EMR: Cerner
• Types of Cases: Cardiac, Thoracic, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GI, Major Vascular, Outpatient Surgery, TEE, Podiatry, Plastics, OMFS, Endo, ENT, Urology, Spine

Requirements

• Active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
• Must reside greater than 60 minutes from the site location. Local candidates within 60 minutes are not eligible.
• Florida License & DEA required (priority for active licenses)
• 24 months of case logs for credentialing
• Must be TEE Familiar
• Payer Enrollment must be completed prior to credentialing
