• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 5:00pm, 5:00pm - 7:00pm, 7:00pm - 7:00am (Backup Call)
• Weekend Call: Saturday/Sunday 7:00am - 7:00am (Backup Call)

Clinical Details

• EMR: Cerner
• Med/Surg Beds: 86
• ICU Beds: 8 Adult / 10 NICU, Level 2
• Trauma Level: Not a Trauma Center
• Case Types: ENDO, ENT, GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology, Obstetric, Ortho, Neuro, Gen. Surg, Major Vascular, Acute Pain Service
• Outpatient Surgery: 6,535 cases
• Inpatient: 2,014 cases

Requirements

• Active PALS, ACLS, AHA, BLS, and TB Test
• Florida License & DEA required
• Credentialing: 24 months of case logs
• Must reside greater than 60 minutes from the site location. Local candidates within 60 minutes are not eligible.
• Payer Enrollment must be completed prior to credentialing
