Hematology/Oncology Physician

Location 1 AND location 2 Medical Centers are looking for a locums Hematologist Oncologist to cover their needs!


Schedule:

• 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with call
• Patient Contact Hours: 6
• Clinic Days: 5
• Clinic Hours: 8a-5p
• Procedure/OR Days: 0
• On Call: Dependent on Locums/Part Time Providers Number
• Facility coverage will only be inpatient. There is not an outpatient component right now.

Dates Needed Coverage:

• Facility needs coverage 4 days per week. 95% of coverage is outpatient. 5% of coverage is inpatient.
• Provider will need to be able to cover (mostly). These can be either M-Th or M-F:

• September 14 - October 2 (3 weeks)
• October (2 weeks)
• November 16 - 27 (Excludes Thanksgiving) (2 weeks)

Job Responsibilities:

Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 4 days per week at one of the facility with outpatient taking up 95% of the coverage and inpatient 5%.

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology - REQUIRED
• Willing to review candidates Board Certified in Oncology with Hem/Onc experience & willing to see Hematology patients - please note at time of name clear - REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active IMLC (please upload LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
• Fellowship Trained in Hematology & Oncology - REQUIRED
• Must be experienced - REQUIRED
• Provider must be willing to work on both locations - please note at time of name clear - REQUIRED
