• Shift Schedule: 830a-3p (lunch 12p-1p)

• Call Schedule: 7a-7a

• Call Ratio: 1:4

• Ave. No. of Callback: Less than 1 per 24-hr shift (will receive calls from answering service)

• No. of Nursery Admissions: 2-3 per day

• Physicians in Practice: 4

• Support Staff:

- OBHG hospitalist, Surgical Assistants

- 3 to 4 Nurses each shift

• Required Procedures:

- C-Section, Vaginal Deliveries, Suction D&C

- Ectopic Pregnancies, Ovarian Torsion

- Abnormal Bleeding

• No. of Beds: 9 (L&D); 20 (Postpartum)

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Other Info:

- If taking clinic, night call would not be required after clinic days.

- MFM will handle most high-risk patients.

- Laborist will take care of the unreferred

patients in the hospital for deliveries & rounding.

Requirements:

• Active VA License

• BC (ABOG)

• BLS

• VA DEA & CSR

• Clean record

• NPDB report

• Must be able to cover clinic + call coverage

• Must be able to cover dates listed
