The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader plays a vital leadership role in providing clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, and crisis support across multiple locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.
Offers individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring compliance with licensure requirements, documentation, and ethical standards.
Maintains an active clinical caseload, delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally responsive therapy, integrating spiritual care when appropriate.
Provides crisis intervention, risk management, and safety planning support, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational protocols.
Participates in leadership activities, program development, and quality improvement efforts, collaborating with executive teams.
Monitors clinical performance, prepares reports, and promotes a culture aligned with core values of compassion, accountability, responsibility, and ethics.
Qualifications include an MSW, active LCSW licensure in TN/KY, clinical supervision eligibility, and 2–3 years of post-licensure experience. Preferred skills encompass outpatient experience, trauma-informed training, and spiritual integration. The role requires strong leadership, clinical judgment, organizational skills, and a commitment to culturally and spiritually sensitive care.
