Role Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader oversees clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis intervention, and leadership across Tennessee and/or Kentucky locations.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to staff.
Support licensure requirements.
Ensure compliance with standards.
Deliver evidence-based trauma-informed and spiritually integrated care.
Maintain an active counseling caseload.
Handle crisis situations.
Assist with risk management.
Participate in leadership and program development.
Monitor clinical performance through reporting and coaching.
Qualifications
Master’s in Social Work.
Active LCSW licensure.
2–3 years of post-licensure experience and supervisory skills.
Preferred experience in outpatient settings and trauma-informed care.
