Behavioral Health Technician
who excels in this role: Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity.

What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent.
CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred.
1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
