Hiring: Technical Writer (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Duration: 12+ Months

Pay Rate: $70-80/hr.

We are looking for a Technical Writer with strong supply chain planning expertise to support a global team. If you have a knack for translating complex planning processes into clear documentation and tutorials, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for demand, supply, and production planning processes

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand workflows and translate them into user-friendly guides

• Develop video tutorials and online help content

• Manage and update documentation on SharePoint & Confluence

• Review and enhance existing materials for clarity, consistency, and usability

Required Skills:

• Experience with O9 (or similar tools like Kinaxis / SAP IBP)

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, Production Planning)

• Familiarity with SAP, Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools

• Expertise in MS Office, SharePoint, Confluence

• Ability to create structured documentation and process flows

Nice to Have:

• Instructional Design background with supply planning exposure

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
