Registered Nurse (RN) – Home IV Infusion Nurse Hemet & surrounding areas Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible!)

We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IV infusion therapy in patients’ homes throughout the area. If you enjoy one‑on‑one patient care, working independently, and using your IV skills in a meaningful way, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Provide in‑home IV infusion nursing care
Access, maintain, and care for:
Ports
PIVs
PICC lines
Administer:
IV antibiotics
TPN
IVIG
Monitor patients during infusions and report any changes
Educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention
Complete clear and timely documentation
Follow physician orders and safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
Active California RN license in good standing
IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus!)
Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Current BLS/CPR
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
