Position Overview
Synergy Health Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in‑home and/or facility‑based infusion services. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality care for patients requiring IV therapies and specialty treatments.
Responsibilities
Administer IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG therapies
Perform and manage:
Peripheral IV (PIV) access
Port‑a‑cath access and care
PICC line care and maintenance
G‑tube care and support
Monitor patients during and after infusions
Assess patient condition and report any changes
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all clinical protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience with infusion therapy required
Proficiency in:
IV starts (PIV)
Port access
PICC line care
Experience with TPN, IVIG, and IV antibiotics preferred
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently in home health or facility settings
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
