Sr Project / Program Manager (Training / Communications)

Our client is looking for a Sr Project / Program Manager with experience managing programs in a PMO environment with a focus around training, outreach and communications.

This is a contract role that must be done 3 days onsite in Downtown Chicago

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives in highly regulated environments
• Drive complex, change and training-centric initiatives with a strong emphasis on application development, infrastructure and strategic execution
• Apply intermediate to advanced Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles to facilitate smooth adoption of change across stakeholders
• Leverage Jira for project tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience managing projects/programs in a PMO environment
• Proven track record managing large-scale change and business focused initiatives around training and communications
• Experience working with Jira
• pay flexible around 85-100/hr
