What We're Looking For:
5+ years experience in:
Commercial Refrigeration (walk in freezers/coolers, reach in freezers/coolers and ice machines)
Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhausts systems, building balancing, etc.)
Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.) is a plus but not required
A strong desire to continue company provided education on commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration units
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work on‑call
Excellent communication and customer service skills
EPA certification (Type II or Universal) for handling refrigerants
Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
