Position Summary
A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a TIG Welder/Fabricator to support the production and assembly of high-quality metal components. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands‑on welding experience and the ability to work with precision. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Compensation is based on experience, and candidates must complete a weld test before hire.
Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on carbon and stainless steel components with a focus on precision and quality
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication
Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts using appropriate tools and equipment
Execute welds with proper penetration, bead consistency, and structural integrity
Polish and finish welded assemblies to meet the required surface standards
Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and technical specifications
Strong skills in cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components
Working knowledge of AWS welding codes and standards
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
Must provide your own welding hood and basic tools
