We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator specializing in MIG and TIG welding to join our team. This role focuses on precision welding and fabrication of metal components in a production or custom shop environment. This position does not involve grinding or stick weldingonly MIG and TIG processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to exact specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding required
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
