Job Summary
We are looking for a Service/Installation Scheduler who can help us schedule our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, installers, and techs to schedule measure, install, and service appointments.
Communicate with installers and techs about the complexity of jobs and schedule accordingly.
Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments.
Prepare daily job packets.
Process job packets to completion.
Qualifications
Must have the ability to problem solve.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be comfortable utilizing various forms of technology.
