
Board Certified Bahavioral Analyst (BCBA)

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children and teens with autism. You will oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing support of behavior technicians, ensuring high‑quality care and positive outcomes for our clients. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments including VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, and Functional Behavior Assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs
Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and other direct care staff
Monitor client progress and modify programs based on data analysis
Prepare detailed reports and documentation in compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies
Requirements
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention techniques
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to engage actively with clients, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
