Overview
Salary Range: $83,500 - $92,250
The base pay range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The range listed is one component of Wayfair’s total compensation package. Depending on the position offered, additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, or commissions, alongside a comprehensive suite of medical, financial, and other benefits.
This position is a hybrid in-office role based in our Boston HQ. Monday–Thursday are in-office, and Friday is work from home. This is not a remote position.

We’re looking for a
Curation Senior Planner
to own the performance of a high-impact portfolio of strategic suppliers and SKUs across Premium, Specialty, and Foundational brands. You’ll drive item-level planning for priority SKUs, shaping exclusivity strategy and optimising day-to-day performance to deliver strong commercial results. Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Category Management, Supplier Inventory Management, and suppliers, you’ll define and execute portfolio strategies, ensuring accountability and delivering against customer and financial goals. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy and, as the team grows, have the opportunity to coach and develop Associate Curation Planners.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute exclusivity roadmaps, aligning volume, milestones, and timelines with supplier economics and platform goals
Define alternative exclusivity strategies where needed (e.g., differentiated specs, bundles, or new suppliers) in partnership with Merchants
Own item-level performance across pricing, availability, merchandising, operations, and marketing
Drive alignment with suppliers and cross-functional teams to invest in key levers (advertising, promotions, content)
Own SKU health metrics, including violations, reviews, incidents, speed, and returns
Turn customer and operational insights into clear action plans and ensure execution
Review Merchandising Vault decisions to balance customer experience, performance, and supplier constraints
Lead supplier assortment reviews using data-driven insights to align on performance and next steps
Own SKU launch plans, ensuring readiness and coordinated execution across teams
Monitor ramp performance and drive actions to keep items on track
Partner with Merchants and cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio goals
Contribute to improving tools, processes, and best practices, and support or coach junior team members where needed
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3–6 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, buying, merchandising, planning, or supplier management
Experience owning supplier or vendor relationships; experience leading business reviews is preferred
Proven ability to use data to drive performance in a complex environment
Strong commercial judgment, balancing customer experience, supplier economics, and business goals
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including working with external suppliers and senior internal stakeholders
Comfortable working in ambiguity with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong prioritization skills across multiple SKUs and suppliers, focusing on highest-impact areas
Willingness to adopt and integrate new AI tools into workflows
