Manage Field Reporting: Deliver timely, data-driven audit reports and track corrective actions to help the program maintain a tight, high-performance operational loop.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Deep Craft Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in furniture repair or restoration, with a proven ability to work across multiple categories like wood, upholstery, and motion mechanisms.
Communication Skills: The ability to translate complex technical standards into clear, actionable feedback that is well-received by fellow technicians.
Detail Orientation: Strong observational skills to evaluate work accurately against defined standards and maintain organized documentation across multiple site visits.
