Technical Project Manager (BizChat)
Job Summary
The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives cross‑functional coordination across product, engineering, and stakeholder teams. This role ensures supporting the Product and Engineering stakeholders to ship features and products in a well‑coordinated fashion and on time with high quality.
Required Skills & Qualification
Professional experience & expertise with release and risk management, runningship rooms, scrums.
Technical proficiency: Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI dashboards, M365 Office, MS Teams, etc.
Deep knowledge of software production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective SDLC execution and distribution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Bachelor's Degree and 5‑7+ years’ experience in technical product/program management or equivalent experience; PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual shiproom meetings, bug bashes, and triage sessions for Project Alchemy; attend scrums as needed and follow up on action items to closure.
Manage backlog and track bugs/asks in BizChat ADO for the initiative.
Ensure timely responses from MSAI DRIs to partners with Alchemy asks.
Establish SLAs for new Alchemy partner onboarding, track compliance, and address gaps.
Oversee partner onboarding on BizChat mainline – Project Alchemy, maintaining and updating onboarding documentation based on feedback in collaboration with DRIs.
Mandatory Skills
Windows Platform Engineering.

8‑10 Years
Compensation
Expected compensation ranges from $100,000 to $180,000, depending on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience.
