Business Development Manager – GCC Strategy (US Market)
Tangience Designs Consulting Inc., Partners withUS based Architecture and MEP consulting firms to build, manage and scale high performing Global Capability Centers that drive delivery efficiency through fully integrated extension of in house team.
This is a high-impact role focused on building partnerships with US-based architecture and engineering firms and positioning our global delivery model as a strategic advantage.
What you’ll do:
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in AEC firms
Adoption of offshore Architecture/MEP /BIM Global Capability Delivery models
Identify and close strategic partnerships / long‑term engagements
Represent us across industry platforms and networking forums
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in AEC / MEP / Architecture business development
Strong understanding of BIM, MEP workflows, and US project standards
Experience in global delivery / offshore models preferred
Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
