Procurement Specialist (Supply Planner)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Procurement Specialist (Supply Planner) to manage purchase orders, coordinate with EMS partners, and ensure on-time delivery of materials to meet customer demand. This role requires strong follow-up, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with SAP, managing multiple suppliers, and proactively addressing risks related to supply, capacity, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Plan, place, and follow up on purchase orders with EMS partners.

Coordinate and manage shipments from production sites.

Monitor shipping dates from EMS and escalate any delays or deviations.

Maintain and update pricing master data on a quarterly basis.

Verify that inbound data aligns with commitment data provided by EMS.

Lead weekly calls to review current and upcoming shipments, confirming timely pickups.

Track progress to keep sales orders on schedule based on customer required delivery dates.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience working in a similar Supply Chain role.

Experience working in SAP S/4 HANA with placing purchase orders and inbound/outbound tracking.

Experience working in a dynamic environment where cross-functional collaboration is key.

Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel).

Proficient in the utilization of MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact with different departments and customers in a clear and professional way.

Customer-centric mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated maturity, accountability, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Team player who contributes to a positive and respectful work environment.

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or other related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
