5+ years of experience in mechanical construction
Must come from a mechanical contractor company, open to speaking with people from an electrical contractor that has worked on Data Centers
MEP Background, (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
Worked on HVAC construction (duct work)
Recent projects have been mission critical (Data centers, hospitals, military installations)
Day-to-Day
Insight Global is seeking to hire a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who will conduct site walkthroughs to inspect ongoing work, ensure safety compliance, and assess progress. You will coordinate meetings with general contractors, architects, and other trades to resolve design and review BIM models. The MEP manager also reviews and approves shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs. budget reports and planning for the next day’s activities. You will also ensure quality control, manage subcontractors, handle change orders, and ensures compliance with local codes and standards, all while resolving on-site challenges and keeping the project on track. This project manager will also oversee all day-to-day operations within the mechanical construction lifecycle to ensure project completion.
