Job Responsibilities

Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner

Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.

Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.

Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.

Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Requirements

Have at least 3 years in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills

Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)

HVAC installation experience

HVAC troubleshooting experience.

Passing a criminal background check required

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Spanish language skills are a plus.

Initiative and customer service skills

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
