You'll guide callers through planning and booking their trips, offering expert advice, resolving concerns, and creating a positive, memorable experience from start to finish. Inbound Customer Service Representative Available Shifts and Pay
AM Shift
| Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | $17/hour + bonuses
PM Shift
| Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | $19/hour + bonuses
Weekend Shift
| Saturday - Tuesday | Sat - Sun: 8 AM to 7 PM, Mon - Tue: 10 AM to 7 PM | $17/hour + bonuses
Inbound Customer Service Representative Required Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Dependable and committed to consistent attendance
Ability to follow structured processes and meet performance targets
Receptive to feedback and quick to apply coaching
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership is a plus
Must be at least 18 years old
Inbound Customer Service Representative Key Responsibilities
Take incoming calls from guests ready to plan and book their vacations
Assist with choosing destinations, selecting travel dates, and completing reservations
Collect payments and ensure booking details are accurate and complete
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer helpful travel suggestions
Build product and destination knowledge to deliver confident, informed service
Use strong communication to highlight value, address hesitations, and create urgency
Bring positive energy to each interaction and exceed service expectations
Embrace coaching and continuous improvement to support personal and team growth
Hit performance goals and contribute to a high-achieving team environment
