The company is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to provide friendly, efficient service and offer company‑approved products to enhance every customer’s experience.
This seasonal position is limited to a maximum of 180 days. The hourly pay is $18 per hour with potential bonuses. The role is located at the Appleton Airport (ATW), 6395 Challenger Dr, Appleton, WI 54914.

Option 1: Monday – Sunday
Monday: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am
Tuesday: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am
Wednesday: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am
Thursday: OFF
Friday: OFF
Saturday: OFF
Sunday: 2:00 pm – 12:00 am
Option 2: Monday – Friday
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 7:30 pm
Saturday: 7:30 am – 7:30 pm

Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services to provide superior customer service.
Use company‑approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
Provide local area information, directions, and appropriate service details.
Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries, offering resolution and information.
Place outgoing callback and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return.
Notify management of any customer or vehicle issues and required maintenance.
Continuously build knowledge through on‑the‑job training and company‑sponsored classroom instruction.
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years.
Availability for seasonal work lasting a maximum of 180 days.
