You’ll serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and issues, ensuring top-tier customer service standards are met.
Work Model
On‑Site
8:00AM - 5:00PM
Monday - Friday
What You Will Do
Place outbound calls to carriers or transfer companies and clearly outline next steps.
Record call outcomes accurately and promptly in the required systems.
Use multiple systems simultaneously, following company procedures.
Reach out to gather outstanding information and obtain missing items as appropriate.
Identify and relay improvement opportunities, issues, and trends to leadership.
Collaborate with process improvement, problem-solving, and cross‑training.
Adjust to evolving workflows and manage time effectively to ensure consistent productivity.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
At least 1 year of work experience (preferred).
Strong focus and independence, meeting daily metrics within a dynamic environment.
Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriately escalating issues when needed.
Willingness to learn new processes and skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
