Overview
Maintenance Leader | $90K-$120K + 13% Bonus | High-Speed Beverage Manufacturing Environment
Step into a high-impact maintenance leadership role within a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, where uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability are critical to success. You will take ownership of maintenance execution, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in keeping a fast-paced production environment operating at peak performance. We’re seeking candidates with experience in beverage or similar high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments (food, dairy, bottling, or packaging) who are comfortable working with complex, automated systems.
Responsibilities
Lead maintenance activities to maximize uptime and equipment reliability in a high-speed manufacturing setting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement maintenance best practices
Collaborate with operations and other functions to optimize maintenance plans and schedules
Mentor and develop maintenance team members
Qualifications
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
High school diploma or GED required
Approximately 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environments
Technical & Problem-Solving Skills
Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling
Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions
Leadership & Communication
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships
Effective communication skills
Self-directed with ability to prioritize and multitask
Tools & Environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar)
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Flexible to support a 24/7 operation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $90K-$120K + 13% bonus
