Overview
Support end-to-end creative operations across Media Creative projects, including intake, briefing, timelines, resourcing, and delivery tracking. Drive day-to-day project execution and coordinate across Creative, Sales, Account Management, Production, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end creative operations across Media Creative projects, including intake, briefing, timelines, resourcing, and delivery tracking
Assist with intake and briefing by gathering required information, ensuring completeness, and flagging gaps or risks
Build and maintain project timelines, status reports, and tracking documentation to ensure milestones are met
Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring work moves efficiently through the creative workflow
Coordinate across Creative, Sales, Account Management, Production, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, trafficking, or creative services
Experience supporting creative, design, or marketing teams (agency or retail media experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
