R14202Support position to assist with all aspects of admissions, particularly recruiting and enrolling new students to the law school; serve as lead for university’s and law school’s student information systems and providing technical support to internal and external audiences.**Position Specific Responsibilities/Accountabilities****:*** Advise prospective students on JD admissions policies and requirements; develop and cultivate relationships with constituents to promote the law school; meet and counsel prospective students; offer campus tours* Develop knowledge of Banner and PROWL student system; serve as technical support for these systems and liaison with university and other student services offices as necessary; work with staff at Westchester campus to streamline processes; serve as technical lead for student portal* Serve as primary technical liaison with the Law School Admission Council system (currently ACES2); monitor application interface, test and authenticate changes or updates to student systems; make recommendations to improve business processes* Help develop CRM processes in Slate, work with LLS Marketing & Communication staff to develop templates, help coordinate information exchange between Slate and other systems* Develop technical expertise to refine processes and develop efficiencies, present ideas for future development* Design reports related to enrollment strategies; use analytics and other measuring tools to report on communication strategy and event effectiveness* Interview prospective students; make recommendations on candidates to senior staff* Attend graduate fairs, law fairs and recruitment events locally and throughout the U.S.; serve as panelist and speaker for prospective student events* Assist with implementation of communication plan, including use of social media* Assist with planning and execution of on- and off-campus events* Process and complete admissions applications; generate decision letters and emails; maintain decision and other applicant data in student systems* Answer phones, respond to email and chat inquiries and assist visitors to the office* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Additional coursework, certificate or training in education field is a plus.EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years in higher education setting, specifically admissions or student services is preferred.
