Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, schedule meetings, coordinate project activities, and facilitate communication among team members (35%).
Maintain project documentation, monitor timelines and deadlines, and communicate potential delays to Dr. Joyner and lab manager (25%).
Grants Administration (25%).
Other duties/special projects as assigned (5%).
Position Summary
This temporary position provides essential administrative and operational support to Joyner Lab teams coordinating schedules, meeting arrangements, and facilitating communication among team members to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day project activities. This is a 20-hour-per-week position, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time (40 hours per week) role based on business needs.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification In Position:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
