Position Overview
We are looking for a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to support our busy clinics, manage daily administrative functions, handle inbound calls, and assist with marketing and admissions tasks while acting as a subject‑matter expert on autism. The CAA will embody our core values, support the operations manager and clinical leadership, and help create a positive experience for clients and families.
Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for our clinics, including document management and tracking people and resources.
Provide outstanding support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to explain how we help children and families.
Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership.
Embodies our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun) and serves as a cultural role model for teammates.
Qualifications & Experience
Positive, enthusiastic attitude and readiness to engage with families.
Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas; interest in healthcare is a plus.
Passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
Strong commitment to show up daily and be a leader at your center.
Benefits & Development
Pay: $19–$22 with bonus potential up to $6,000.
