What you will be doing at ABC
Responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our busy clinics, including document management, tracking people and things, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
Provide support to inbound calls from both prospective and current clients/families.
Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand how we help children and how we can help families.
Handle various marketing and admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership; embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and serve as a cultural role model for teammates.

Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas; a passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
