What you will be doing at ABC
Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions for our clinics, including document management, tracking people and assets, and internal and external communication with referral sources.
Provide excellent support for inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
Become a subject‑matter expert on autism to help others understand how we support children and families.
Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership, while embodying our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun) and serving as a cultural role model.
What you will bring to ABC
A positive and contagious attitude that shows readiness to engage with families.
Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas – or a desire to break into healthcare. A passion for work that benefits children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
