The IMA Group’s Orchard Medical Consulting is seeking a

Registered Nurse (RN)

with a strong clinical background in

ICU, Emergency Room, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology

to join our team as a

Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager

supporting the Flagstaff, AZ region.

This is a unique opportunity to transition your bedside experience into a

consultative, non-treatment role

with a

flexible, field-based schedule

that blends in-person visits with remote coordination.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive, non-treatment assessments for individuals with work-related injuries

Evaluate both physical and psychosocial factors impacting recovery

Travel locally to meet with patients, providers, and stakeholders as needed

Coordinate care plans with physicians, adjusters, and insurance partners

Serve as a liaison between all parties to support positive outcomes

Provide clear, timely documentation and case updates

What We’re Looking For:

Active

RN license in Arizona

Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher

Strong acute care background in

ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, and/or Neurology

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Case management or workers’ compensation experience preferred but not required

CCM certification a plus
