What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers

Collaborate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers

Assess treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency

Attend appointments and deliver timely, detailed reports

Coordinate IMEs and perform job site evaluations

Support return-to-work planning and progress

What You Bring

Active RN license

3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Comfortable working independently and using technologyReliable transportation for travel within Nashville and surrounding areas

Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)

Bilingual a plus
