REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Status: BC/BE in Family Medicine

• State License Required: Active WI License or Eligibility to Apply

• Certifications: BLS (as required)

• Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

• Additional Requirements: Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Deliver preventive care and wellness services

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
