Total Rewards Partner

to support the day-to-day administration of our benefits, leave, retirement, workers compensation, and compensation programs. This role is a key operational partner, ensuring accurate, compliant, and employee-focused total rewards delivery while collaborating closely with vendors, payroll, and internal stakeholders.
What Youll Do
Serve as the main point of contact for employee total rewards inquiries
Administer benefits programs, HRIS/vendor data, and annual open enrollment
Manage leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, medical, parental) and workers compensation claims
Partner with payroll on deductions and contributions; audit vendor invoices
Support retirement plan administration and compensation cycles
Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA
Communicate program updates and maintain documentation and audit readiness
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
46 years of HR/benefits or total rewards operations experience
Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail
Experience working with vendors, HRIS/payroll systems, and Excel
HR certification (PHR/SHRM?CP) or benefits experience preferred
