Business Analyst: II (Intermediate)
We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Adobe tools, and quality assurance testing and a proven ability to configure complex product settings, manage customer online access, and deliver clear customer support.
Responsibilities:
Execute QA testing for product enhancements and document results.
Set up and maintain complex product configurations and customer online access.
Provide solution-focused support to producer and retail customers.
Follow established processes accurately and completely.
Manage multiple tasks and shift priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools.
Experience conducting QA testing for product enhancements.
Ability to configure complex product settings and manage customer access.
Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
Effective communication skills with diverse customer groups.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with FISERV products.
Work Hours & Arrangement:
40 hours per week. Remote or hybrid.
