Kitchen Team Member

The responsibility of the members of our kitchen team is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continuously implementing the appropriate quality assurance and food safety procedures and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Prepare cold and hot products.
Must be able to follow recipes and be well versed in a variety of food products and techniques.
Checks product availability when the shift starts.
Ensures that the cold room is clean and with updated labels.
Uses the labeling machine to ensure that food is correctly labeled.
Thaw frozen products.
Remove all trash.
Maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils.
Follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
