Kitchen Team Member

The responsibility of the members of our kitchen team is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, observing and continuously implementing the appropriate quality assurance and food safety procedures to meet the restaurant's demand and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Maintains verbal communication with FOH
Supervises food quality
Marinates and breads chicken
Ensures chicken is inspected properly
Follows receipts accordingly
Ensures restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
Follows chicken forecast protocol
Filtration of oil to guarantee quality standards
Fully cleaned equipment
Maintains general sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils.
Follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
