PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Volume/Census: 23 - 25 patients per day (approximately 3 patients per hour with 30-minute admin time)
• Case Mix: General Family Medicine
FACILITY INFORMATION
• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient clinic equipment
• Support Staff Available: Medical Assistants (1 per provider) with LVN support
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Credentialing Timeline: 30-45 days
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Standard outpatient family medicine procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active CA License (or willing to obtain)
• Board: Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
• DEA: Active CA DEA required
• Experience: Open to new graduates (BC required); 2+ years preferred
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Collaborate with clinical support staff
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
