Patient Volume/Census: patients per day (approximately 3 patients per hour with 30-minute admin time)

Support Staff Available: Medical Assistants (1 per provider) with LVN support
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active CA License (or willing to obtain)
Board: Board Certified in Family Medicine (required)
DEA: Active CA DEA required
Experience: Open to new graduates (BC required); 2+ years preferred
Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
Collaborate with clinical support staff
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
