UPMC Williamsport is seeking General GI locums coverage for multiple open blocks starting October through December. This is a hospital-based inpatient role with call, rounding, and procedures.

7-day call blocks (Friday 5p Friday 5p)
Minimum 1 week/month

Position Details

Inpatient General GI with rounding + call
4 6 procedures/day (mostly colonoscopies)
8am rounds with PA support
APP support weekdays (8a 5p)
PAs take first call

Weekend coverage includes call + rounding
30-minute response time
Average 8 10 admissions while on call

Procedures

EGD and colonoscopy required
EUS/ERCP optional

Compensation

$5000 per 24hr call

Requirements

Active PA license required
IMLC accepted
Board Certified or Eligible
DEA, ACLS, BLS
