  • Aug 15-16: 8a-8a (24h beeper call)
  • Oct 19-23: 8a-5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p-8a
  • Oct 24-25: 8a-8a (24h beeper call)
  • Nov 23-24: 8a-5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p-8a
  • Nov 25: 8a-5p (8h + 1h lunch)
  • Dec 28-30: 8a-5p (8h + 1h lunch) + night beeper call 5p-8a

Clinical Details

• Clinical Details: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Call: Night beeper call as scheduled
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: 1 PA, MAs assigned, no other MDs
• Trauma Level: Adult IV
• Bed Size: 99
• Procedures: 10-15 per week, Surgeries in OR: 3-4 per day
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: In-clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• State Licenses: Arizona, IMLC Accepted
• Willing to License: Yes

• Years of Experience Required: 1
• Charting Experience: Cerner
