Work Details:

* Support Staff: 1 employed MD , MAs assigned
* Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates
* Patient Volume: patients per day in clinic
* Procedures: per week
* Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
* EMR: Cerner
* Hospital Size: 99 beds
* Robotics: available (not required)

Procedures:

* Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
* Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
* Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Interview Process:Phone interview

Practice Setting:

* Hospital

Requirements:

* Board Certification: BC or BE
* License: Arizona license or IMLC (will look at licensing for Aug on dates)
* DEA: Required
* CSR: Not required
* Experience: Minimum 1 year
* Credentialing Timeframe:Approximately 30 days
