- Support Staff: 1 employed MD , MAs assigned
- Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates
- Patient Volume: patients per day in clinic
- Procedures: per week
- Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Size: 99 beds
- Robotics: available (not required)
Procedures:
- Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
- Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
- Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
Interview Process:Phone interview
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE
- License: Arizona license or IMLC (will look at licensing for Aug on dates)
- DEA: Required
- CSR: Not required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe:Approximately 30 days
