Coverage Needed: July-Dec dates
Patient Volume: patients per day in clinic
Procedures: per week
Surgeries (OR): 3 4 per week
EMR: Cerner
Hospital Size: 99 beds
Robotics: available (not required)

Procedures:
Required: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
Preferred: TRUS biopsy, in-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Interview Process:Phone interview

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE
License: Arizona license or IMLC (will look at licensing for Aug on dates)
DEA: Required
CSR: Not required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Credentialing Timeframe:Approximately 30 days
