We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Bay Area, looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office.
Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC)
Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule
Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades
Submit change-orders
Daily site visits
Requirements for Project Manager (HVAC)
4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Prior field experience in commercial HVAC
Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others
Local in the Bay Area
